 Today in class we talked about claims. I learned that there are multiple kinds of claims; a claim of fact, Value, and Policy. I got an unpopular opinion that black people dont tip and had to give five supporting claims about it. One of my claims was that They have bad manners because thats how waiters make money so in my opinion thats bad manners. Then I had to give counter claims to Bryans claim that most people are selfish at heart. One of his supporting claims was that most people dont empathize and i countered it by, saying you cant empathize if you dont understand the situation someone else is in 

 Today in class we went over quotes from pages 108 to 122 and did an analysis on them. It wasnt hard but I couldnt decide what to put for the conflict for most of the quotes i found so I just didnt do them. Then when I got home I made my for tomorrow because I havent been doing it like I would last semester. I used to make lunch after school everyday but i havent been doing it lately so I just come home and eat snacks.

 Today in class we took a quiz and read pages 16-25. I did better on the quiz than I thought I would because I read all of it but I read it at like 12 and went to sleep right after so i didn't really remember much. But while i was taking the test most of it pretty much came back to me. But when we were talking about the paged 16- 25 i was way more interested. It's because its on a war and i like talking and learning about wars a lot mostly ww2 its just really interesting to me.

Today in class we got into groups and read the Julia Alvarez Antojos story. I dont actually remember that much of it now though. When I got home I made some rotel dip then took a nap,but when I woke up my little brother was telling me to come to my aunt's house. They were having a six month birthday party for my cousins daughter. I've never heard of anyone doing that before so I was kind of confused when I got there, but it was just a normal birthday party aside from the fact that it wasn't actually her birthday.

In class today we presented the assignments on Antojos we did. I completely forgot we were supposed to be presenting so when I got up in front I wasn't ready. In third period today I took a test in AMDM I think I did good im not sure yet. Then during lunch I played the worst game of uno ive played in a long time. One of the blank wild cards had a draw twenty on it so i just stopped playing.Then I got home I made something to eat though because I didn't eat anything all day.

I have too many toys in my toy bin my mom is always saying that I don't play with them all but that is not true. She thinks I should give some of them away to my friends or let my brother have some of them but I dont want to. Sometimes when I do let other kids play with my toys they mess them up like one time someone broke off one of the legs to my dragon. Also all of the toys my mom says I dont use are because they are boring but she won't buy me new ones. I let people play with those toys all the time she just never notices. Like my toy cars dont even look cool so I let my brother and his friends play with them.
